Welcome to the homepage for the Torchlight Gender Support. The group has attendees from various regions of Ontario, Canada including Waterloo, Kitchener, Guelph, Cambridge, Strathroy, Toronto and the surrounding areas. Attendance is open to all transgendered individuals who are seeking a better life with their gender dysphoria and their families.

The group meets once per month to provide a safe place to explore the issues of transgenderism, to provide a greater awareness of the local transgendered communities, and to assist transgendered individuals in understanding their special qualities. Our primary goal is to help the transgendered individual to replace the all-consuming shame and guilt at being transgendered with the self-acceptance, comfort and self-confidence that we deserve.
